Bro. Gene Graves Update
Brother Gene was scheduled to have surgery Wednesday, June 24, as part of his cancer treatment. This surgery was canceled upon the discovery of a mass on his left ribs near the vertebrae. He is now awaiting consultation from his oncologist to determine further treatment. Continue to pray for Gene and Debbie.

Minister to Evangelist James Croft
A dear brother and friend, Evangelist James Croft, is recovering from major hip surgery and battling other health issues that have left him unable to keep up with necessary home repairs. A team of men from First Baptist Church of Lake Butler and Raiford Road Church have committed to begin repair work on Friday, February 20th and Saturday, February 21st. There’s room for more ! Gene Graves Treatment Schedule
Brother Gene met with doctor’s in Gainesville on Monday and a treatment plan was determined. Gene will be treated with chemotherapy and radiation. The chemotheropy regiment will be once a week for four months and the radiation will be five days a week for five weeks. At the end of these treatments Brother Gene will then have surgery to remove any remaining tumors. Gene was admitted at Shands Medical Center in Gainesville on Monday for tests, preparations and to have his first treatment. He will then be home. These will be large doses of treatment therefore pray daily for Gene, Debbie and their family. We are are trusting our Lord to use this for Gene’s healing and for His glory.
